Chef Aakash Sachdev
Aakash leads the kitchen at Private Chef Alberta. His career was built inside luxury hotel brigades and fine dining rooms, with over 20 years of hands-on experience across JW Marriott, Westin Hotels, Marriott International, and Intercontinental Hotels, and a completed culinary degree.
He brings that discipline into private homes without the formality — pacing courses through the room, cooking with restraint, and leaving the kitchen cleaner than he found it.
